Is there a contract or minimum order?
No. There are no long-term contracts and no minimum orders for recurring service. You can pause, modify or cancel with 7 days' notice.
What payment terms do you offer business customers?
Standard Net 15 from invoice date for approved business accounts. We accept credit card, debit card, cash on delivery and Interac e-Transfer. GST invoices are issued with every delivery or consolidated monthly.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
We substitute with a like-for-like premium product at the same or lower price, or skip the line on your invoice — your call when we notify you. Never an unexpected charge.
Do you serve multi-site or enterprise accounts?
Yes. We service multiple Calgary locations under one account with consolidated invoicing and a single dedicated contact.
How is dairy and refrigerated product handled in transit?
All refrigerated product is transported in refrigerated vehicles on a direct route. If product arrives damaged or short-dated, contact us within 48 hours for an invoice credit or next-delivery replacement.
Where do you deliver?
Calgary and the surrounding areas — including Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere and Strathmore. Industrial parks and downtown loading docks supported.
How does the Milkbottle Bottle Return Program work?
Enrolled accounts receive a designated collection crate. We pick up empty bottles on every scheduled delivery, count and recycle them, and waive bottle deposit charges in exchange. There is no additional fee, no contract and you can pause anytime. See the full Bottle Return Program page for details.
