We use the information you provide solely to respond to quote requests, fulfil orders, issue GST invoices, schedule deliveries and communicate about your account. We do not sell or rent customer information.

We use a small number of vetted service providers to run the website, accept payments and send email — including a managed application backend, payment processors and transactional email providers. These providers process information only on our instructions and only as needed to deliver the service.

Data retention

Order and invoice records are retained for the period required by Canadian tax and business-records law. Account information is retained while your account is active and removed on request, subject to those retention requirements.
