These terms govern the use of milkbottle.ca and the delivery services provided by Milkbottle to Calgary-area businesses and customers.

Quotes & pricing

Pricing on quotes is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and is exclusive of GST. Volume pricing, product mix and delivery cadence are confirmed in your written quote. Prices may be adjusted on renewal of a recurring schedule with prior written notice.

Orders & substitutions

We confirm each order before delivery. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we substitute with a like-for-like premium product at the same or lower price, or skip the line on your invoice — at your discretion when notified.

Delivery

Deliveries are made within a scheduled weekday window confirmed at onboarding. Dairy and refrigerated items are transported in refrigerated vehicles. If we miss a confirmed delivery window we will reschedule at no charge.

Payment

Business customers are issued a GST invoice with each delivery or on a monthly consolidated basis. Standard payment terms are Net 15 from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Approved payment methods include credit card, debit card, cash on delivery and Interac e-Transfer.

Returns & quality

If any product arrives damaged, short-dated or otherwise unfit, contact us within 48 hours and we will credit the invoice or replace the item on the next delivery.

Cancellation

Recurring delivery schedules can be paused, modified or cancelled with 7 days' notice. There are no long-term contracts or termination fees.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta law, Milkbottle's liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the value of the goods supplied in the 30 days preceding the claim.
